The BROUWMAN brewhouse in 300, 500 or 1000 liters is a manual brewhouse responding to the growing professionalism of the amateur brewer wishing to live from his passion without going into debt and benefiting from complete equipment. The specificity of the BROUWMAN in these small volumes lies in the completely independent lauter tank, separated from the mash kettle whirlpool tank ensuring filtration without heating the filtered wort. In addition, only one of the two tanks in the brewing room is heated by gas, which guarantees you substantial energy savings.
