This 10hl wort brewhouse produced at 17 degrees PLATO has a whirlpool boiling mash tank, a separate lauter tank, as well as a hot water tank located under the lauter tank. Mounting on a compact skid allows the brewer purchasing this brewhouse to easily connect the media room with a technician.
The brewhouse works with steam, which ensures a rapid rise in temperature of the various levels of mashing and boiling.
Needless to say that this brewhouse beats all ground surface records with all these elements integrated on the SKID!
