This 2.5hl wort brewhouse produced at 17 degrees PLATO has a whirlpool mash tun, a separate lauter tun, and a hot water tun located under the lauter tun. Mounting on a compact skid allows the brewer purchasing this brewhouse to easily connect the room to the media.
The brewhouse works with superheated water thanks to a superheated water generator integrated into the skid of the brewhouse.
Needless to say that this brewhouse breaks all ground surface records with all these elements integrated on the SKID!
