Brewhouse composed of 2 stainless steel vessels - the mash-boiling-whirlpool tun and the lauter tun - enabling the brew of 3 hl of cooled wort either by infusion (for Ale type beers) or by decoction (for Lager type beers). The Mash tun is also used as a Boiling tun, and as a Whirlpool.
