The cylindrical-conical tank is used for fermentation and keeping the hopped wort cooled at the plate exchanger outlet. This must is transformed into beer by the action of the yeasts incorporated during the barreling. The tank supporting 3.0 bars of pressure results in the establishment of the CE certificate of pressure tanks at 1,200 Euros excluding taxes valid for a batch of identical tanks.
