This mono-tank chiller has a triple advantage: it allows you to heat slightly and cool completely (interesting for temperature rises during fermentation). It allows operation on a single fermenter from 3 to 20hl provided that it is isolated. This avoids high installation costs usually proposed by refrigeration specialists thanks to a simple installation and a regulation made directly on the cold unit.
